Mountain Time!

Rest day in Golden BC. Yesterday we crossed 1000km ridden and into mountain time! Riding is still good some long climbs and some awesome descents. Mom may be reading this so I won't say my top speed to date :)

The weather has gotten hot which adds to the difficulty of the climbs but my fitness level seems sufficient so far as the days aren't feeling long or hard.

Some of us are going whitewater rafting today which should be fun.

No USB port on this terminal means no pics this update which is a shame sinc I think I've got some nice shots.

Merrit B.C., Canada's Country Music Capital

So it looks like posts might not be too regular. The free wireless revolution has apparently taken it's toll on the internet cafe. Maybe I should have dragged along the laptop.

Three days of riding done now and Merrit is th first rest day. Nothing difficult yet but the long KM days start tomorrow. Did have a big climb yesterday but the downhill more than made up for that. Now I'll let a few pics do the talking:

Absolutly no complaints so far. The weather is greta and we seem to have a fine (if somewhat large) group. 38 riders makes it tought to get to know everyone in three days but I can already keep a few names straight!
So I've opened up the comments to everyone but please don't be a wussy and sign your comments. I'll probably just delete anonymous ones.
